· Do your videos feature nudity or sex? We offer a selection of Gravure Idol (IV) titles that don't feature sex or nudity. We also offer a smaller selection of AV (adult video) Idol titles that do feature nudity and sex. AV titles are marked as ADULT on this site.
· What is a Japanese Gravure Idol? A Gravure Idol is like the equivalent of a cover model who appears on magazine covers, and stars in swimsuit videos & calendars. Gravure Idols usually pose in bikinis, lingerie and things of the sort, but don't usually appear nude.
· What is a Japanese AV Idol? Unlike Gravure Idols, AV Idols appear nude and some perform sex acts on camera.
· Are your AV titles censored? Yes, in accordance to japanese law, the performers in these videos have their private parts (crotch areas) censored by pixellization/mosaic. Uncensored versions are not available because these are imported directly from Japan and are subject to their laws.
· Do DVDs include the cover and case? Yes they do. In addition, for customers who prefer to only receive the disc in order to have a smaller more discreet package, this option is also available.

· Can you package my items discreetly? Yes, we always package items discreetly. Packages are plain-white, with a USPS address label, and no visible indication of what's inside.
The label does not contain the words "asia idol" or any such content indicators. Return address will be from "AI Media". International shipments will have "CD" written as contents, and designated as a "gift" on the customs form.
· How will the charge appear on my credit-card statement? The credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *AI MEDIA".
· When will my item(s) ship? Domestically, we typically ship orders out within 2 or 4 days after recieving cleared payment(excluding weekends). Internationally, we ship orders
out usually once a week(again, excluding weekends).
